It is important if you want to maintain the accuracy and longevity of your Bluelab pH product to get into the habit of cleaning and calibrating regularly. Bluelab has a simple calibration process that is the same for all Bluelab’s different meters.

After cleaning your pH probe, you need to calibrate it with pH calibration solutions at two reference standards – 4.0 and 7.0 pH. After calibration, you can start measuring the pH again immediately.

The most common is to calibrate about 1 time a month and when your meter alerts you that calibration is needed.
