With us, you can choose between having packages sent to an agent or directly to your door. Usually we ship all packages with Schenker or DHL who deliver within 1-3 working days. Products that are not in stock have a delivery time of up to two weeks.
Due to high product values, all packages are sent in discreet unlabeled cartons packed with care. If you provide a mobile phone number in your order, an SMS notification is always sent when the package arrives so that you avoid the usual letter notification.
OBS! If the package is not picked up, a reminder letter will be sent after 7 days.
You can also choose private delivery from Professional Grow, which we handle entirely ourselves.
