An NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) system from Nutriculture.
The seedlings are placed on the upper “tray”, the nutrient solution is then pumped from the tank up onto the tray, passes over the roots of the plants and then flows back down into the water tank for recirculation.
In this way, the roots get endless access to water, nutrients and oxygen.
Since the plants are constantly provided with what they need, they will be healthier, grow faster and produce up to 4x more than they would in traditional “soil cultivation”.
The system measures 112cm x 50cm x 20cm.
