The Lumatek Electronic Ballast provides a stable luminous flux and has a fast start-up. It reaches full brightness in under a minute while magnetic ballasts can last longer. The Lumatek Electronic Ballast is completely silent and produces less heat than conventional ballasts. This ballast has cut-off circuitry and allows for a longer service life. Lumatek Electronic Ballast has a small compact design – 600 watt 230 volt ballast weighs less than 3.75kg compared to heavier magnetic ballasts. This ballast can light both HPS and MH lamps.
