The AutoPot XL 60x25L System with 400L tank is designed the same as regular AutoPot Systems with a difference being the larger 25L pots. These systems are simple irrigation systems that are very popular and have been used for many years by thousands of growers around the world.
With AutoPot XL 60x25L System with 400L tank you do not need electricity, pumps, timers or the like for it to work. You thus save on electricity costs and also water costs as the system is built to only fill with exactly as much water or nutrient solution as your plants need.
Irrigation is done via a float valve that adds water to the “bottom” module/barrel using the pressure from the water tank. The plant in the module/barrel can thus drink as much water and nutrients as it wants from below. This also reduces the risk of over-irrigation.
