To order from us, you must be 18 years old or have
the approval of the target.


All prices include 25% VAT. No other taxes or fees apply.


Our delivery times within Sweden are 1-3 working days after you have placed your order. If we do not have the product in stock, we will always deliver within two weeks and notify you.

Delivery method

We send our parcels via Schenker, DHL or delivery. If you choose to have the product sent to your home address, you will receive a text message, if the package is not picked up within 2 days, you will usually receive a reminder by letter.

Terms of payment

We offer card payment by debit card, prepayment to our company’s account or via postal advance where the customer pays when he picks up his parcel.

Transport damage

Always check your delivery upon receipt. Should anything be damaged, please notify us immediately by email with pictures of the damaged product. This must be done within 48 hours of picking up your parcel. It is important that you keep the packaging + cardboard in case something is broken. Then this is going in for inspection. If the packaging, cardboard, etc. is not saved, no compensation will be paid.


For our customers, the warranty period is 1 year unless otherwise stated. Wear and tear damage and consumables are not covered by the warranty. Low-energy lamps, HPS and MH lamps are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date you receive the product from us.

If the customer has attempted to repair a product on their own before a troubleshooting session, the warranty is voided.

Always contact us before submitting a complaint. The customer is responsible for all shipping associated with the warranty. The invoice must be attached and the goods must be delivered in their original packaging.

Is a product missing from your package? In this case, you must notify us within 48 hours of picking up the package. If the notification is not made within 48 hours, we will not be able to reimburse you. Therefore, we ask you to check your delivery carefully as soon as possible after you have picked it up.

Right of withdrawal and 14 days open sale

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods and without any special reason. This is provided that the product and the product box are in unaltered condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. Professional Grow applies the Distance Contracts Act. You as a customer are responsible for both full shipping to you and return shipping when invoking the Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase during these 14 days. We will refund the value of the goods (not the freight).

Notify Professional Grow and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order.
The goods must be in unaltered condition, i.e. unused, not destroyed or damaged.
Return the product in the product box with the intended packaging.

Note. In case of open purchase and right of withdrawal, Professional Grow charges the customer the real cost of shipping, packaging and a shipping fee per package sent to the customer, this amount varies according to size and weight.
This is to cover our costs associated with your return.

We are not able to offer customers an open sale on special ordered/special built items such as AeroFlo, Alien Hydroponic systems or GHE DPS systems.

Unfulfilled orders

Uncollected shipments are counted as open purchases.
Return of uncollected orders will be charged:
* The real shipping cost to send your order back and forth to you.
* Shipping fee of 89kr per package sent
* Invoice fee 50kr.
Non-payment of invoices is passed on to debt collection companies as well as the bailiffs who add on their fees!
